Junior Kadima is the Etz Chaim youth program for children in grades three through five. It offers a variety of activities, usually once a month, which provide opportunities for social development. All of our youth programs are open to all youth in the local Jewish community.
Kadima is directed at those in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades. It exposes our preteens to the same types of programs that they will experience as USYers, but at a level suitable to their age. Every year, Kadimanicks have the opportunity to attend a convention with other kids within Etz Chaim USY's sub-region, and 8th graders have the opportunity to attend a convention in Florida, with other 8th graders throughout the region, which prepares them for a USY experience.
Sababa USY is Etz Chaim's senior youth group for teens in grades 9-12. Sababa USY has a diverse calendar that provides programs that are social, educational, religious and involvement in the local and world-wide communities. Most of all, Sababa USY offers friendship and life-long memories.
The Sababa Executive board plans all programs under the support and guidance of Youth Director, Abbie Burk and USY Advisor, Dana Jakubovic. Please check the website weekly for most current information and calendars.
Thank you to Etz Chaim Sisterhood for their generous donation to our USY program
